Decoration Bar

Decoration bar is inserted inside Insulating Glass. It is extruded with high purity aluminum with certain mold; then after electrostatic powder spraying, different colors can be made. Also wood-like film can be covered to meet customers’ demand in aesthetic appearance.
The product has merits of high quality and durability, strong toughness, aging resistance, which is suitable for aluminum alloy, plastic steel and wooden doors & windows to achieve the effects of modern, antique, European and other architectural requirements.

Gold bar is processed with extruded aluminum after electrophoresis treating with gold color so it will have anti-oxidation and corrosion prevention. With high surface glossing , it becomes more popular. Its accessories are cross connector, T, Y and its middle flower-type connectors.

Steel Straight Connector

During production of IGU, both mill finish and colored aluminum spacer bar should use the correspond accessories. Standard Aluminum spacer bar should use Plastic corner key to connect four corners; while Bendable Aluminum spacer bar should use Steel Straight Connectors to connect two ends. Leftover spacer bars during operation can also be fully used with steel straight connectors.
